The process of identifying a challenge, brainstorming solutions, planning the implementation and collaborating on development are are all part of what drives me day to day. Led a full-stack development team in a built out of a non-custody aggregation solution across multiple Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 sources with the intention of providing a holistic picture of Digital Asset positions and exposure for our clients with additional trading, staking and lending functionality coming in future phases..
Blockchain REPO
Project Lead
Led the distributed development teams to build out a collateral management and Repurchase Agreement ("REPO") lifecycle utility on R3 Corda to improve efficiency and transparency amongst counterparties, custodians and regulators in a process still fraught with manual phone calls and faxes.
Rebalancing Engine

Working as Product Owner and Scrum Master, collaborated with a highly skilled development team to build out a proprietary sleeve based rebalancing engine that worked across both traditional assets and asset managers allocations.
